I was wearing this on a livestream a couple weeks ago and we were talking about how my style tends to be a bit more edgy, and someone in the comments goes:

“ma’am you are wearing a $4 collared old navy shirt”

and I was like... “omg... good point”

The only downside to charming your shoes is you have to unlace and relace them… I was struggling fr 😂 other than that… I’m here for it

I get the samba thing but there’s something about the japans that just hits diiiffferent for me. Now I literally want to charm every single pair of shoes I own because it’s so cute. And I also want every color of Japans. 🙃

ok I’m officially obsessed with and their diaper bags 😍✨ I was on a mission to pack lighter this baby, but I still wanted a bag that could handle everything I need. This one is the perfect size. Big enough for the chaos of both kids but not so huge I lose my mind looking for wipes lol.

Also just actually kinda happy to have a bag that makes me feel put together (and kinda cool??) even when I’m not lol. Sooo of course it needed to be charmed with every mom-related charm has.

We’ve been trying to figure out how to streamline our model photo process. When we’re launching close to 12-20 new SKUs per week, it gets a little overwhelming 😅

Lately as I’ve been experiencing being a new mom again and trying to still keep up with Oh Clem, it’s shocking how much of the time and effort you spend is so unglamorous 😂 when I was waiting for my new bby girl to get here, I just imagined her cute outfits and what bows she was going to wear. The reality is that having a new baby can be pretty monotonous. It looks like sitting alone and pumping, bouncing my arms up and down a million times a day, and listening to the same lullabies playlist over and over and over. However, there’s been something really beautiful about it all and it’s really forced us to slowwwww down.

Work is so much the same way. Drop Days and livestreams and (Not) Chocolate Boxes and selling out are so exciting. But the reality behind the scenes is it’s a bunch of people doing really simple and often monotonous tasks. Like putting earrings in chocolate balls one pair at a time. Or stuffing earrings into mailer envelopes. Or taking hundreds of model photos in the corner of a storage closet. Despite their simplicity, these tasks can be so rewarding and good for the soul when you seem them culminate into something bigger than yourself.

One of my favorite scriptures says, “by small and simple things are great things brought to pass.” It’s sooo true.
