We’ve been here for 2 months now and a home has never felt so much like home so fast 🫶🏻 we still have a list of projects (the hood vent above stove top being one of them) but just being here and living life in the space we intentionally created for our family has been so special! Thanking God everyday for this beautiful life

I photographed Kristin and Adam’s wedding day and now here we are photographing their third babe, Brady! Thank you for trusting me over the years to capture your adorable family 💙

I have many clients ask when the best time for newborn photos are and I always recommend 5-10 days after they are born! We normally put a tentative date on the schedule based on the due date and then we adjust if we need.

Babies this little are still in the sleepy newborn phase and normally sleep most of the session- though sometimes they are wide awake and ready to party. We can still get so many good photos even if your babe isn’t super sleepy!

I also recommend doing your session in the AM which is when babies normally take a good long nap because they were up often throughout the night. I ask my clients to feed their babe 30 minutes before the session starts to make sure they are fed, happy and hopefully sleepy!

There is something so special about living life with friends through so many different stages and seasons. All the ups and downs. Seeing real and raw moments up close, but choosing to walk through it all together. In prayer with one another. Rejoicing and crying through all the good and bad.

This time last year, Cody and Christine were walking through a heartbreaking diagnosis. And this year, they are celebrating the beautiful life of their baby girl! God is so faithful and so good! Thankful to be your friend 🫶🏻💗 Christine Woodall Cody Woodall
