Hummingbird BABIES!!! 😍😍

I had a lovely connect last evening with a Denver woman. She has a hummingbird nest on her deck overhang. Honestly, how cool is that?! The momma hummer, named Millie, was nearby and wasn't too fond of my visit. I respected her home - got the best shot I could (ceiling to nest was narrow, so side shot was the best I could get) - and left her to feed her babies. I have never seen a hummingbird nest in person let alone on a light string under a deck overhang. The momma had plenty of feeders and flowers to fulfill her babies growth. Such a beautiful thing to see.

My take on the Super Blue Moon.

I didn't realize the time it was rising. I got home from the gym late and had about 10 mins to get my gear and set up. So I drove down the street. I didn't get too far as it was rising quickly. So this is the best I got.

I haven't had the opportunity to capture CO sunflowers yet. Hopefully within the next week or 2. August has been very dry and hot compared to June & July. I have seen the fields from afar, but no idea what condition the flowers are in.
