It’s been a couple of weeks since WIPA’s Rooted at Terrain, and I’m still thinking about some of the conversations from that afternoon. 🌿
Having the opportunity to hear David Beahm share lessons from his business journey was a great reminder that building a business is about so much more than the work itself. Growing a team, learning to delegate, preparing for the unexpected, and navigating the different personalities and challenges that come with managing people are all part of the journey.
Learning how to navigate those waters isn’t always easy, but conversations like these are a reminder that we’re always growing, learning, and figuring it out along the way.
Thank you to the team for creating such a beautiful space for connection, conversation, and inspiration. 🤍
