Caroline + Tomas brought contagious energy, effortless joy, and a love for nostalgia to their wedding at the Philadelphia LDS Temple, and documenting it on film felt like the perfect fit. 🤍✨
Shot on both 35mm and medium format film, these images feel timeless against the grand architecture of the temple — towering columns, beautiful symmetry, and classic details at every turn. One of my favorite parts? Stepping onto the rooftop garden and taking in the incredible views of Philadelphia’s historic architecture surrounding us. The city feels so quiet and cinematic up there.

Caroline + Tomas fully embraced the magic of film photography, trusting the process and leaning into the timeless, nostalgic feel that only film can bring. What a joy to photograph a day so full of genuine connection, laughter, and love. 🤍

A day full of timeless architecture, romantic gardens, and joyful laughter tucked into the most beautiful corners—from the carriage house framed by a Japanese maple to a candlelit wine cellar glow.

Alicia & Tom’s wedding at the stunning The Downtown Club by Cescaphe was the perfect blend of timeless city elegance and meaningful storytelling in the heart of Philadelphia.

We started the day with a first look at historic Carpenters’ Hall, then wandered through the charm of Old City Philadelphia for portraits—ending at the iconic columns of the Second Bank of the United States.

With Tom’s family deeply rooted in photography (his father taught at the University of the Arts), this day carried even more meaning. I loved blending digital and film throughout the day—and especially inviting Alicia to take a quiet self-portrait on my Yashica 120 film camera.

A timeless Philadelphia wedding filled with legacy, light, and intention 🤍

This Philly wedding was full of spring magic from start to finish 🌸🤍

We started at the Rodin Museum, wandered to a blooming tree nearby, then headed into a fun street moment near Philadelphia City Hall.

Next, portraits behind the Philadelphia Museum of Art and at the gazebo at Fairmount Water Works gave us the perfect mix of city + calm river views.

We ended the celebration at XI West Dim Sum—amazing food, great energy, and the perfect West Philly finish.

Spring blooms, city streets, and so much joy ✨

A candlelit surprise inside the Mirror Room at Grey Towers Castle… and a moment she’ll never forget ✨

The second she walked in, everything changed. Surrounded by flickering candles, ornate details, and that incredible painted fresco above, the emotion was instant—and so real. This space, with its rich wood tones and grand staircase, feels like something straight out of a storybook.

Capturing proposals like this is why I love what I do. The anticipation, the surprise, the joy… and that once-in-a-lifetime “yes.” 🤍

Thinking about proposing? Let’s make it unforgettable.
