Good afternoon Ross,

Richard and I and Elaine, Richard’s sister, want to thank you for the outstanding work that you did to help make my mother-in-law‘s 100th birthday celebration very special. Your patience with the montage is greatly appreciated. Everyone enjoyed seeing their family members, and some were even brought to tears by the beauty with which their late family members were shown.

Congratulations for creating the stars for yesterday’s event: providing the finished montage, the audio/visual equipment, the photography professional—all of which were very high end quality. We are now looking forward to the photo results.
