Some people come into your life and it feels like you've known them forever. That's Maddie.
Our friendship was instant and effortless. I was so lucky to go through pregnancy alongside her—she was the very first person I told I was expecting. I can't wait for our kids to grow up as friends. More than anything, I can't wait to sit across from her again, laugh together, and just hang out.
Watching Maddie fight with such incredible strength, courage, and determination has been inspiring. Every milestone she's reaching is a reminder of how resilient she is.
I've also fallen in love with Jordan and their entire family. Even in the middle of the hardest and scariest season of their lives, they've continued to be so thoughtful and kind to me. Jordan, you are an incredible husband and father. The way you've loved, cared for, and fought for your girls has been nothing short of amazing. Maddie and Daisy are so incredibly blessed to have you.

The hour prior to golden hour begins about an hour before the traditional golden hour. The light is a bit brighter and more vibrant than golden hour, but it's still soft, flattering, and beautiful for beach portraits. It's a wonderful option for families who want gorgeous lighting while having a little more flexibility in their evening schedule.
