SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT!
In a little over *2 weeks* I will be announcing an opportunity for a special give away! But this isn't going to be a luck of the draw, it will be in your hands! Let me explain!
The Lord has really laid it on my heart to do a give away for not only 1 mom, but 2! I will be giving away 2 mini shoots for 2 special mamas! So how is this one going to work?
Starting *April 29th*, I will make a post just like this, opening the floor to comments for you to tag a mom (or moms) of your choice that you want to win! A few rules to understand👇
1. You have to be nominated. You cannot nominate yourself - someone else has to. It doesn't just have to be your kids - it can be your husband, grandchildren, co-worker, nieces, nephews, friends...you get the point.
2. You have like & follow both my Facebook business page (the one you're seeing make this post) and my business photography Instagram page (I'll post in the comments below). Make sure the people you tag are following both pages, because it will be a requirement to win!
3. How you you put an entry in? I will post a post just like this announcing the contest has started! You will Tag the mom in the comments of that original post, and then write a 1-2 sentence explanation of why you're nominating them! Just tagging them will not count as an entry & will be removed. You must write why you're tagging them!
I'll use my best friend as an example:
I nominate Nikki Hill, because she is one of the kindest people I know. She is gentle in spirit, always everyone's biggest cheerleaders, forgives quickly, and thinks the best of everyone. She is the best mom she could to her kids, a great second mother to my children, and I know if something ever happened to me, she'd spend the rest of my children's life making sure they knew just how much I loved them.
You guys don't have to be as lengthy as me 😅 but you get the point! Be real, and genuine & lets show that person how much you love them & why!
4. Anytime your name is tagged (highlighted in blue) with an explanation of why you're being nominated, everyone will have the opportunity to come behind and make a reaction to that comment. Every time a name is posted under the original post, it counts as 1 point, and then every reaction to that comment counts as a point. The 2 moms with the most points wins!
There is also no limit how many times a mom can be posted either! Get as many people as you can to nominate her if you want her to win!
I like drawings, but I'm never lucky to win things, haha! So I thought, put it in the people's hands! Let them pick who they want to win & think is most deserving!
Why am I doing this? Because mom's are a special gift God has given the world. The Lord put this on my heart I think because what a wonderful build up to Mothers Day to see mom's showered with sweet notes of how special they are!
Also, in my experience over the last 10+ years, moms love alot of things. Not having to cook or clean - but I can't help with those things 😅 But! They love pictures with their family! So that's what I want to give!
Why am I posting this now? Often times when we seeing contests running and it's too late! So! I am posting this now to tell you the contest will start APRIL 25th, and run to May 9! Comments will be turned off a midnight 5/9, and the winners will be announced on Mothers Day!
This will give everyone ample time to come and follow all my pages, and hit their notifications settings to be alerted when the Contest post will be announced!
P.S - You can tag people from out of town as well, but the give away mini shoots will be shot here in town, so make sure they can travel here for that ❤️
