Josh Leone told me that one of his favorite parts of parenting is the discipline. Does that sound like it needs an explanation? 🙂 He says he hates spanking his children, but he loves the reconciliation afterward: being able to hug them, pray together, and know that God has forgiven him and his children.

There is often humility in that for the parent too. Sometimes Josh has an apology to make right along with his kid. I had to do that just the other day. How do you help your children know that you are reconciled after a hard moment, and what picture does that paint?
