I absolutely adore Alice in wonderland. I think the two of us have kindred hearts. The theme of my senior portraits were even “Down the Rabbit Hole”(because what better describes the feeling of being catapulted into adulthood?) I even have little sprinkles of wonderland throughout my house and get so giddy when I see unexpected glimpses of wonderland in my captures. This felt very Alice-y to me and made me so happy! What is a childhood movie/book/dream that still inspires you?

Fun little fact about this day- I had to re do my makeup 3+ times until my face was raw because I couldnt stop crying. I felt so insecure and there were no words my loving husband or sweet could say to make me feel better. My clothes didn’t fit right and my face wasn’t cooperating and my hair was a mess! I wanted to cancel so bad because I wanted to feel good about myself when we took our photos. Especially since we dont get our photos taken often. But we rolled with it and tried to shake it off and we had a the absolute best time!! And Looking back they’re some of my favorite photos of us. Because one day when you look back on photos of your life you aren’t going to focus on how your pants fit or what your skin looked like, You are going to love the emotions and happiness and love and light that was captured and you will see how beautiful you were! So if you are waiting to have your photos taken til you get the confidence or lose the weight or when your skin gets better, you’re gonna wait forever and miss the memories. So if you’ve been waiting to pull the trigger on getting your photos taken; consider this your sign and DO IT🤍🍦✨

Taken a little break off social media to recharge for 2022! And to start off my year I thought I’d share a few lil photos of me and my love to say Hi to y’all! This adorable boy with me is my husband Jordan.( Say hi Jordan!) He is hands down the most amazing person I know. I am so grateful to have him to do life with. If I had to pick a favorite thing to do together, it would definitely be laughing or eating food that is way too spicy. We also have another tiny member in our family (our baby) who’s name is Dash. He was born SUPER hairy. And with four legs strangely. He never learned how to talk but he does bark (he is only a year so he still could grow out of it)A little fact about him is that he has a strange addiction to socks.
