Staring at the little life you created never gets old.
I remember when we had our first baby. We would put her in her swing and sit in front of it on the couch and just watch her. Watch her twitch at all the different sounds the house made, watch her eyes roll around behind closed eyelids, watch her open her mouth just a little to breath and her hands anyways slowing find their way to her face. I remember it like it was yesterday and now she’s turning 5 next month 🥹

The kids.
The joy of life. Unlimited entertainment. Unlimited frustration as well. But watching my kids grow up with their cousins, playing in the dirt, riding quads, and pretending to be their own little families has been the cherry on top of life. This cousin crew is EPIC! My oldest would say.

There’s always that one person that holds everything together. Keeps family close, plans get togethers & trips, makes sure that not too much time passes without a meal. Thats my MIL. Without her this family wouldn’t be what it is today. We are so thankful.

Our Family spent Memorial Day Weekend in the beautiful mountains of Idaho and there is no way we could resist the opportunity of capturing our family in this gorgeous country. This was the first time I’ve actually taken my own families photos and I couldn’t have done it without my handy tripod and my brother in law (aka new assistant) 😆 Stay tuned for more!
