Sneak peek into the most fun session ever.

A little back story, the brown and white horse is Eli and he is a sweet heart. But the tan horse in the background, that’s Chief, and Chief is very scary… I can’t wait to share some of the BTS I got from this session, staring Chief. 🤣

Also the hair halo you can get at golden hour is just magic and possibly my favorite thing ever.

This session was so special. The Odom family has been part of my life for years — I had sleepovers at this very house in high school — so when Emily reached out to document their family home before selling it, I didn’t hesitate for a second. There’s something sacred about a home that has held a family through every season of life, and being trusted to photograph those walls, that land, and the people who made it a home was such an honor. And watching how this family has grown — and is still growing — made it even sweeter. I cannot wait to watch them carry all of those memories into their next chapter.
