Hello, everyone! Time for a pandemic update!

Currently I am OPEN FOR BUSINESS! Here are my COVID Guidelines as of 8/10/2021:

1) If, within 10 days of our appointment, anyone (including myself) tests positive for COVID-19, or feels the slightest bit ill, is coughing, sneezing, has a fever, runny nose, or has been exposed to anyone who has tested positive or who has any of these symptoms, please notify me ASAP and I'm happy to reschedule at no cost. Even if it really is just a cold, we'll reschedule--I don't want to be spreading around a regular old cold, either!

2) With the highly infectious Delta variant, we are back to outdoor photos only.

3) Masks not required during outdoor photos unless required by the location.

4) I will not work with adults and kids over age 12 who have not been fully vaccinated for COVID-19. (I am happy to work with unvaccinated kids under 12, since they are currently unable to receive the vaccine).

5) I am happy to shoot private outdoor events where attendees and vendors age 12+ are required to be vaccinated. Unvaccinated kids under 12 are okay.

These guidelines are to protect the health and safety of all of my clients, myself, and my family and friends--and, in fact, our entire community!

Hello, everyone! I'm overdue for an update on what's happening with Courtness Photography during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Currently I am OPEN FOR BUSINESS! However, there will be the following precautions to lower risk, limit the spread of COVID-19 and keep each other healthy:

*First and foremost: If anyone feels the slightest bit ill, is coughing, has a fever, runny nose, or has been exposed to someone who has tested positive for or could potentially have COVID-19, let me know and we will reschedule. I will do the same.

*Outdoor photos ONLY.

*Confirm location choice is acceptable by local COVID-19 guidelines.

* Distance of AT LEAST 6 feet between myself and clients

*I will wear a cloth mask for the entirety of our shoot.

*Clients will not be required to wear masks while being photographed during an outdoor, distanced photo session. However, as the phases of reopening advance, if large group gatherings become more common, I will expect large groups at events that I photograph to abide by mask-wearing and social distancing guidelines.

*For shoots involving more than one "pod" (family or friend group) I am happy to work with you to coordinate to minimize risk.

We started with coffee at Phil & Liz's apartment and ended with champagne on the beach, making our way to some of their favorite spots and iconic San Francisco views! A perfect day in SF!

Straight out of camera, no retouching at all. She found this beautiful spot in the garden, and it was just perfect. This is one reason I love letting kids lead sometimes during our photo sessions. Sure, there are mixed results, but relinquishing control sometimes can keep kids happier, and lead to serendipitous outcomes!
