For those of you following along with Elaine and I on our new traveling adventure, here's the link to our YouTube channel where you can subscribe.

She's got the flooring in and a little electric fireplace, so it's fun to see it all start to take shape! Her idea is to have it feel like a mini home on wheels, and with her incredible artistic talent and drive, that's what will happen you can be sure.

Once it's done we'll move in and bring it to our first stop which is San Fransisco for a few months where I have a work assignment. Maybe Elaine will wear some flowers in her hair...

Well, a new adventure in life for Elaine and I!

The road is calling us both again (we’ve each been pretty nomadic in our respective lives) so we’ll go scratch that itch a bit.

We’re moving into this motorhome for the next year or two and going to see the country.

I’ve accepted a new position with Marriott where we will travel throughout the United States and I will support various hotels under the Marriott umbrella in managing their Event Departments for a month or two at a stretch. We will travel in between those roles and see people. And see places. And see people in places.

We’ll do some musical busking and play some farmer’s markets and such as The Friday Flowers duo along the way, and Creative Classes with Elaine will keep her online Patreon business growing and continue to teach in various places in person too as we travel.

Elaine is remodeling the whole interior before we head out, so you can imagine with her incredible creativity how cool it will be!

First gig is in San Francisco later this year, so if you’re reading this and in that area maybe we’ll see you. Or come see us there!

Otherwise after that, we’ll see where we go as we travel around the country and hope to cross paths with many of you along the way!
