Our Jelly Roll is an old fashioned recipe that is a family favorite of ours in the summer! 🧺☀️ Known in Sweden as “Rulltarta”, the light and delicate sponge cake is the perfect counterbalance to the sweet raspberry jam! Available this weekend, swing by to get a slice or two of old world comfort to share! 😍

We will also have the bakery case filled with Caramel Rolls, Cinnamon Rolls with whipped Cardamom Cream Cheese Frosting, Lilac Sweet Biscuits, Swedish Almond Cake, Cinnamon Sweet Bread, Muffins, & Scones!

At Lakes Fika we celebrate the beauty of slow mornings, togetherness, and life’s little blessings.
