Ottawa, IL artist, Angelina White, has captured moments in time through her adventures for the past several years. Originally a portrait photographer, Angelina blended her photography and design skills with her experiences, creating AMW Perspective Studios, LLC, bringing together a Print and Product Line featuring unique perspectives with tidbits of love. She has lived in different parts of Illinois, Wisconsin, and Florida. She has an eye to capture photographic treasures through natural light, changes in perspective, embracing real-time moments, telling stories through her photography and designs, creating a line of prints and products bringing unique perspectives from the outdoors into your daily life. Angelina, Graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Angelina believes life is about perspective and moments in time with treasures all around us. Artist Statement
We rush through life without experiencing what is right next to us at times. I admit, at times, I have been caught up in the rush of life, missing many moments. Life takes strength and courage; it also takes failures and forgiveness. We grow with each moment we experience. I do my best to soak in the moments around me during my travels, finding treasures in all forms. While you will most likely find me gazing along a coastline as the sun shines her light on a new day, some of my travels push me outside of my comfort zone, which may be the best travel needed to enhance or change my perspective. A creature in motion may leave a feather lying on the sand. That same feather might be a wisp of air to change your mindset with the right eye and light. A sponge washed ashore may be the sea's way of filtering its bed. Taking a moment to look through the pores of a sponge may give someone a new vantage point for an obstacle they may be facing. I capture moments in time through my photography, focusing on landscape and nature with different perspectives.
