🌲 SIMPLE + COZY TREE FARM MINIS 🌲

I’m thinking about offering mini sessions at Eagle Evergreens this November and need your help choosing a date! 🤍

These will be simple, cozy sessions amongst the evergreens — no big Christmas setup and no holiday decor. I’ll have a cozy cream blanket available for a few poses, but otherwise we’re letting the beautiful trees do all the work. 🌲

The goal is to give you photos that feel cozy + seasonal and are perfect for your holiday cards, but are still timeless enough to frame and enjoy all year long. 🤎

Starting from the beginning… with the details. 🤎

My very first wedding, and I couldn’t think of a better way to start sharing it than with all the little pieces that brought Alex + Patience’s day together. The colors, the textures, the florals, the tiniest thoughtful touches—every bit of it was SO beautiful.

This session was the perfect combination — capturing this beautiful family and making space for the two of them to be a couple again. Because before they were “Mom & Dad,” they were two people in love… and that deserves to be remembered, too. 🥹

Okay, apparently I’m skipping right over fall and heading straight to Christmas 😂🎄

I haven’t even talked about fall sessions yet, but here I am already thinking about holiday minis. So while Christmas is on my brain, I need your input!

Would we rather have:
✨ Outdoor Christmas Minis
✨ Studio Christmas Minis in Hagerstown

Both would be simple, minimal setups — nothing super fancy or over the top!

Sometimes the stars really do align. ✨

When I knew I’d be heading to the beach, I threw out the idea of booking a session even though I truly didn’t think anyone would — I mean, I was FOUR hours from home. 😂

But somehow Katlyn & Jere were there on a family vacation at the exact same time and booked a quick family session before heading home. 🤍

The lighting definitely challenged me that evening — it was BRIGHT — but I wasn’t letting that stop me. And I’m so glad I didn’t, because look how beautiful these turned out. 😍

Beach sessions might just need to happen more often. 🌊✨

They’re more than just pictures for the beginning of another school year—they become little time capsules of who they were in that exact season of life. 🥹

This is why I love my job so much. I get to freeze these moments forever. 🤍

10th grade for my Layla this year, with sweet 16 right around the corner. Time is flying, and I’m extra thankful to have these to look back on.
