Today I visited Nica Premium | Parrilla & Cocina Nicaragüense 🇳🇮, and all I can say is that it was some of the best Nicaraguan food I’ve ever tried! The Volcán Pinolero was 🔥🤤

It’s great to see my friend Nelson bring such an amazing place to life, with incredible food, an amazing staff, and a beautiful environment that truly captures the essence of Nicaragua. 🇳🇮

I really manifested this one. There were many nights I spent at FIU making drawings to sell for $20 to now running a successful painting business. It was during this time I wanted to take art more seriously and while I wasn’t actually a student there I used the space to practice improving my skills. It was always a goal to paint here and now I can say I have. I hope these freshly painted walls provide an inspiring learning environment to the students that fill them and I hope this story inspires others to follow your dreams, because you never know where the small beginnings will lead you.
