BARTHELONAAAAAAA

I loved Barcelona. Such a beautiful city. Antoni Gaudi was a visionary. I love how his architecture is so rooted in nature. Also very interesting how he didn’t like straight lines, which is why everything you see designed by him is so different than normal designs.

People go to Barcelona and they of course do the big ones like Sagrada Família and Park Guell but then miss others like Casa Vicens and La Pedrera (Casa Mila). Highly recommend them both.

But besides just Gaudi, there are other great spots. Do check out Sant Pau recinte modernista designed by Gaudi’s mentor, Lluís Domènech i Montaner and is a UNESCO heritage site. The most beautiful hospital I’ve ever seen.

As far as food, stop by Bodega Puntal. The papas bravas were a home run.

Parc de Cuitadella was probably my favorite place in the city. You can feed the Argentine Parrots. It’s also full of so much energy and people enjoying themselves. You can see the mountains in the distance or rent a rowboat. This is a popular spot for dogs too and they can walk around off leash.

At .barcelona you get a free coffee when you use their photo booth in the El Born neighborhood.

has the cutest print vending machine outside. Such a great little souvenir.

Do take the day trip to Montserrat. It’s about an hour away and worth it.

I really enjoyed the view at Salt near Montjuic.

And obviously I saw Bad Bunny at the Olympic Stadium. 10000000/10 recommend.

This new day spa in Altamonte Springs was definitely needed in the North Orlando area.

Welcome to the area ! Woodhouse Spa is a luxury day spa offering a resort-style wellness experience with services like massages, facials, and waxing in a tranquil environment with relaxation rooms and a retail boutique.

It’s known for its high-end amenities, including plush robes, complimentary beverages, and private treatment suites, aiming to provide a serene escape.

This isn’t the typical in and out massage experience. I definitely recommend coming when you aren’t pressed for time so you can take advantage of the amenities. I loved the quiet room and sat there for quite some time enjoying how peaceful it was.

This is an incredible treat yourself facility. Great gift idea if you’re ever looking for one.

I enjoyed my massage and thought the therapist was super knowledgeable and professional.

I would one hundred percent recommend booking a service at Woodhouse Spa.

This 80’s and 90’s themed bar is a must visit this summer!

Re(d)tro Nights at Red Coconut Club at Coty Walk is officially happening and is open Wednesday through Sunday nights. Free to enter. Parking free at Citywalk after 6pm

I had SO MUCH fun at this installment of their themed clubs. This one will only be around only till July 18th when it closes for what I’m guessing will be the Halloween overlay.

Downstairs you’ll find the dance floor, retro universal sign, giant light brite, and other fun nostalgic elements. I love the wall with the CDs and VHS tapes.

Upstairs is made to look like an old arcade. They even have free arcade games to play! They also have a Photo Booth where you can set up your own phone, a ceiling of slinkies, fuseball, and a furry wall.

They play throwbacks from both decades and a few from the 2000s.

The downstairs and upstairs have totally different drink menus. Go see Eddie for the best drinks.

Sometimes this club gets bought out for private events, but generally will reopen around 10pm.

I have been NEEDING. A NYC style bagel sandwich shop to be close to me in Orlando for soooo long and fills that void. Also, you guys, THEY HAVE BABKA. This is sooo hard to find in central Florida.

You can find their new storefront in Altamonte Springs, in the greater Orlando area. One hundred percent worth checking out, especially if you crave NYC bagels. There’s nothing better than a super cheesy sausage egg and cheese. Or bacon egg and cheese depending on your preference.

H&H Bagels has been in business in New York since 1972. Famous for their nyc water bagel, they’re bringing their famous dough to us. The dough starts by being made in New York with New York water and is brought down to be baked. It makes a huge difference.

They use unbromated and unbleached best-in-class flour. Their bagels are all-natural and non-GMO, with no artificial preservatives. Each bagel is packed with 13 grams of protein.

You may have seen their bagels in popular shows like S*x and the City, The Office, and Seinfeld.

But the quality doesn’t stop at just the bagels themselves. They only use fresh cracked eggs griddled for every sandwich, whole avocados hand sliced to order, and freshly ground small batch coffee. No microwaves.

There are a variety of sandwiches to choose from, something for everyone. Multiple different flavors of cream cheese: fresh brewed coffee with a coffee bar so you can make it your own. They also have black and white cookies and cinnamon or chocolate babka.

I for one will be here a lot. Definitely you should go try it.

Follow me for more Orlando food.
