Hoan and Thy’s story began when fate brought them together in the United States—Thy was studying abroad, and Hoan had just started a new chapter of his life there.

Four years of laughter, challenges, and unwavering love later, they were ready for the next step. In true Vietnamese tradition, Hoan’s family came bearing gifts and trays of offerings to “escort” Thy into the family. The heartfelt tea ceremony honored both sets of parents, a moment where respect, love, and gratitude overflowed.

𝑩 + 𝑴 𝑾𝒆𝒅𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑯𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝑭𝒊𝒍𝒎

We're truly honored to be part of Bryan and My Phuong's Vietnamese-Puerto Rican Wedding in Orlando and capture this full-of-moment wedding film.

Some of my favorite shots from this wedding are the slow motion of the bride and groom dancing their first dance, the Vietnamese dragon dancing. I really love the glamorous shots of the bride getting ready and in her white dress waiting for Bryan, the groom. The most fun part is table greeting with family, relatives, and friends. They were so full of energy and stories about their life and the soon-to-be extra member.

After filming this wedding, we were incredibly inspired by the union of two different cultures, and we hope you, too, were immersed in this multicultural wedding film. Every bride and groom has their own unique love story, and as top wedding cinematographers, it is our job to tell it most beautifully and timelessly possible.
