I’m excited to tell you about his success in selling this beautiful 4-acre plus property, which received 7 offers and was under contract within several days, selling for $40,000 ABOVE the asking price thanks to all the competing buyer interest!

I was pleased to photograph this property and showcase all the unique features that would appeal to a wide variety of potential buyers.

Do you know someone who needs aerial or ground level photos of a commercial property?

I understand property marketing and the real estate business. I specialize in getting the unique perspective to highlight important feature and shows the value of a property.

This is a golf course I shot recently. This is a 240 acre 18-hole Arnold Palmer designed course located on the Space Coast. The images were used to market the property for sale. It's a wonderful golf course with many wonderful features but needed a sizable investment from new owners. For the right buyers this was an amazing opportunity.

These are only a few of the images I shot and delivered. I was there most of the day getting the right light and finding the best shots of the buildings and the course. The goal was to find shots that would highlight the property so investors would recognize the potential the course had. I spent quite a while in a golf cart looking for good shots to show off the fairways, rolling hills, the variety of Florida terrain and natural wetlands as well as the design of the course.

Thanks to an excellent marketing effort, with these images as its cornerstone, more than one interested party came forward and an appropriate buyer was found.

Dear Real Estate Agents: The Iphone has an amazing camera but it doesn't do well for taking interior photos.

Here's a comparison of a professionally shot kitchen image and the same scene shot with the agent's Iphone X.

The first two shots were taken with a professional camera. They were lit with flashes, color corrected and professionally processed.

The dark yellow image is from the Iphone 10.

Which image will be more appealing to a buyer who views the home online? When 93% of home buyers are searching the internet for their next home, it makes sense to show the home as it would look if you walked into the room. Hiring a professional photographer to shot your property is a win for all involved!
