There’s something deeply personal about black and white.
Without color, the image feels quieter… closer. You notice the small things—the way light falls, the softness in a glance, the weight of a moment. Nothing competes for your attention, so the emotion comes through more honestly.

Black and white lets the emotion breathe. It turns a photograph into something closer to a memory. That is why if you Hire me as a photographer you will almost always see at least one black and white moment :)

Sometimes less really does say more.
