Featuring the Ray 360c from amaran, color temp was set at 5600k with brightness at 14% (NO SERIOUSLY: only 14% to get these exposures, some shots I even turned the intensity down. This light can pump out SO much light.)

For the last look, I switched to HSI mode for an intense, red light.

For the commercial look, I attached the Octa Dome 90 with a grid. For the dramatic/thriller/noir looks, I used the reflector attachment for more direct, hard light.

Why does slowing down feel like wasting time? Why does resting feel like a waste of energy? Maybe I'm afraid of being left behind. Maybe I'm afraid of reaching the end of my life and wishing I did more. Maybe I'm afraid of missing an opportunity from not doing enough. Maybe I keep looking for proof that I'm enough. But what if the fact that I'm still searching for it means I already believe I'm worth finding?
