We can't bring back loved ones, but we can honor their memory. 🫶🏼

I wish I had more photos with my grandparents. They were my best friends and I miss them dearly. I wish I would've thought to do this once I got older.

But I didn't. I have photos, but not enough. Not enough with them.

You see, photos do more than just grow your IG audience; they tell the legacy story. They tell a much bigger story of who you are because of love. Loving who they were or who they are. Loving the person they helped shaped you to be. The impact love made on your heart and life, and to those around you.

Love tells a much bigger story than just 'here is a photo of my grandparents.' It's proof that love has a bigger impact on our lives than we even dare to realize, often until it's too late.

So, invest in photos. Invest in your life, in your memories, in your love. It does matter, and will matter even more someday. Trust me. 🤍

There's a quiet yet powerful strength in a mom. It's often reserved, not looking for center stage, as it takes care of everyone around her, including the life growing within her.

Yet, it's there, giving her strength to carry on and move with grace - even when she feels like she has nothing left to give. It just keeps on giving, keeps on moving, keeps on taking care of the needs around her so everyone has space to grow.

a boy & his mama 🩵

I'm not a psychologist, but there's definitely something to say about the relationship between a boy and his mama.

With my first born being a boy, it somehow made me softer. My son is the sweetest, most loving little boy I've ever met. My son is so strong willed, so insanely active, and such a deep feeler, and being a woman who is extremely independent, very active, and empathetic, I understand him from a tender perspective. That little boy has made me a softer person because of his endearing heart. I'm so grateful that I get to be his mom and learn about love all over again from one of the most amazing, little humans in my life. 🫶🏼

Plus, we had so much fun during her session! My favorite part was when my son asked: "how did a baby get in there?" With all the serious tone & expression I could muster up, I replied: "Let's save that story for another day, kid." 😬🙊😂
