A year ago I stepped in short notice and associate shot Emily & Brendan’s wedding day and from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, I felt welcomed & appreciated. They are two of the sweetest people whose love for each other and kindness and love for others radiates out.

Capturing their special day at the camp Emily grew up at was really special.

They also surprised guests with a haircut in between ceremony and reception! It marked their new chapter together🥺

So honored to have been part of a beautiful day with so much love, kindness and joy. 💛

How quickly that first year goes! The second baby seems to go by even faster, and start crawling, teething, walking, talking that much sooner! Capturing this time makes you slow down, spend time together, and be able to remember these fleeting days. Though they feel chaotic and tiring, I promise one day it will be hard to remember them. Photos give you the gift of time traveling💛

Spring where did you go?!

It was oddly very warm for this family’s photos without any tree leaves yet, but the boys had so much fun exploring their vacation rental and were just the sweetest loving on their new little sister💗 It was so nice spending time getting to know them all! More YES to family photos on your vacation!

Spring might be playing tricks on us, but the love between these two is real!! What a special, intimate day to kick of ‘26 wedding season. I’m reading the Great Gatsby with my high schoolers, and it felt a little ‘Gatsby’ esque being in Hyde Hall capturing their ceremony in the library followed by a private first dance, snowy portraits on the lawn, and cake and tea in the grand room. The grooms family also traveled all the way from England for this ‘royal’ wedding ❤️

It’s winter break from school and I’m feeling the winter blues…who else is with me? It was finally warmer out and we saw some sun, but it’s still hard to get through this season. Summer feels so long ago. Maybe some day we’ll make it south during the February break.

This snow day is perfect for sharing Jenna & Chris’s engagement session. Jenna wanted snow and I’d say it was worth it! You’d never know we couldn’t feel our cheeks or finger tips lol because they were just so sweet and full of love for each other.

Let the holidays begin❤️

Our sitter got sick, so we didn’t make my gathering for school, went to make pizzas only to realize I didn’t get mozzarella🙈 so ordering pizza in with an extra glass of wine was meant to be!

I also LOVE getting to see these sweet and silly girls grow💗
