As many of you know, I don’t show up to a trial without my camera. I started learning the basics of photography in 2022, and to take my craft to the next level, I began studying under the very talemted award winning photographer, Bonnie Block. She has given me the tools I needed to feel confident in offering my services to the herding community.
If anyone would like a digitally rendered art piece of their working dog, I’m now accepting orders up to one week before a trial. Some have asked me, is this a painting? A photograph? The process of creating digital art from a photograph takes a few stages. First I edit the photograph traditionally, and then it gets ran through a paint software program, and finally I add final touches by hand. Cost is $100 for the digital file or $150 printed on an 8.5 x 11, metal or canvas. Larger sizes are available. If you order the print you also get the digital file with artist release so that you can order your own printed products or use it however you like. I can take 5 orders per trial.
