It’s been a while since I have made a post. Been busy with multiple photo assignments and a trip to the Albuquerque International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta. (Those photos are to come at a later date)

Last night I had a two game photo assignment. Noble vs Western Heights and Westmoore vs Yukon.
•
Here is a compilation of my top 10 shots from yesterday evening. I’m continuing to work on my techniques.
•
Those new techniques are bringing me more in-focus images when they matter the most. As a photographer, you should never stop working on techniques or your workflow. Those two things are what have made me as successful as I have been.
•

Even though I’m not able to go I want to help provide some aviation stimulation to those who are going.

The Heritage Flight.
•
Air shows are not just about the air condensing, after burning, fast fighter jets. Outside of watching the Blue Angels or the Thunderbirds, the Heritage Flight is another favorite part of any airshow.
•
During the Heritage Flight traditionally the song “We Remember” by Dewayne O’Brien is played. The lyrics in the chorus are “Keep them flying, keep them l flying, so that all who see them will know, that their freedom was won by the blood that flowed, and remember.”
•
This is always a stark reminder that our freedom has not come free. We must never take that for granted.
We never say it enough. So to that I say “Thank you” to every man and woman who has, is, or will serve for our FREEDOM!

Meet Doc, the Boeing B-29 Superfortress. A true American Beauty!

This is one of only two B-29 Superfortresses still flying today.
