Hello,
My name is Cheryl Harmon and I am a graduate student in Ohio, studying intellectual and developmental disabilities with Minot State University in North Dakota. My thesis is a research project and needs volunteers to complete a short Zoom interview with me. If you or your employees know a male, aged 18-55 years old, Autistic and competitively employed for over 90 days, I would love to interview them!
The current literature is lacking this information, there is plenty about employers and coworkers’ opinions on the topic, but very little from the individual themselves. This information can help make a difference in person centered planning and employment, please help be a part of making that difference.
The study is IRB approved and the questions, approval and release are all attached. The study is completely confidential.
Please contact me if you know someone that would participate in this study, it is for Autistic males, aged 18-55, competitively employed for over 90 days, and their opinions of their employment.
