Let me set the scene... thick heavy fog, the rough waters of Lake Michigan, icy cold wind, perfectly styled hair becoming untamable... The result? Cinematic beauty.

This shoot was definitely a challenge and we pulled it off. They were such good sports. The wind was so hard and LOUD it was hard to hear each other.

I drove over an hour for this location. Halfway there I looked at the weather and saw the fog advisory. I was a little worried but oh my is it gorgeous. This whole family looks like a perfectly chosen cast for a movie. This is my 4th photo session with them and they are absolutely one of my favorite families to photograph 😍

I wanted to take a minute to thank everyone. This has been my busiest year I've had. It's such a great sign for the beginning of busy season. I love that it is finally nice out and we can plan more outdoor shoots without having to worry about freezing. (I still have summer availability!)

I feel so lucky that I get to do what I love and have strangers appreciate my work. I'm always afraid my friends and family just hype me up because they love me and not my art. That isn't a bad thing but having unbiased opinions really makes it feel more "real".

Huge shout out to my oldest childhood friend, Dani, who came out to help me take some marketing photos of myself. I was planning on using my tripod but she agreed to meet me and help a girl out. It was so much fun! But this means you will get to see my face posted a little more often. It was a different feeling being in front of the camera instead of behind it!

Happy Mother's Day to all of the wonderful mothers! I hope you are celebrated and loved on today. You definitely deserve the world. It's hard working making all these humans from scratch🥰

This little boy is going to be a big brother! Mom and Dad really wanted to capture their first baby before #2 comes along. He was so adorable. All he wanted to do was run and play. Maternity sessions are one of my favorites because the energy is always so pure and full of love. Congratulations to all 3 of you!

I drove 2hrs (one way) for this photoshoot and then I had to work on them immediately when I got home. I know I am bias because this young man happens to be my cousin but I'm pretty sure he could be a model. He did so good and we had a lot of fun (not sure if he would admit that though🤣).

Look at this wonderful family! I can not believe how fast these kids are growing and I am so glad I am able to witness it. I love these photos so much and I love being able to see that big shining personality. We had a gorgeous spring day for this beautiful family. (just a little chilly)

I am on the hunt for the *perfect* Weeping Willow tree. I keep seeing gorgeous Weeping Willows in yards and on private land. I am desperate to find one I can use for photos! I have spent sleepless nights stalking Google Maps and I have spent hours in the car. Finding the perfect tree might be like finding a needle in a haystack.

This is where you come in...

If you see a beautiful Weeping Willow, take a picture!

🍃Willow must be on PUBLIC land, please do not go on private property.

🍃Willow should be within 30 miles (give or take) of Oconto, WI
