Last night ECLIPSED all expectations 🌕✨ 52 beautiful humans gathered on the beach for our Full Moon Lunar Eclipse Yoga. We moved, released, set intentions, tapped into truth, and made space for the changes and milestones that are already happening or are on their way.
Full Moons are about culmination, and eclipses have a way of bringing things to a head, signaling it’s time to move forward. There was something powerful stepping into that space together; new faces, familiar faces, retreat sisters, couples, and people who came solo. Thank you for stepping into this little beach yoga portal and making the night what it was. 🤍

At 12:12 AM, long after class had ended, I was standing outside my house watching the eclipse, still buzzing from the bliss of the night.
I reflected how many events of the past week or two have really pushed my ideas of what I would’ve thought possible and almost sped a timeline forward. While on the other hand, it’s a simple sign of the natural growth that occurs when we stay put, repeat what works, and lean into our gifts and the opportunities + abundance around us.
Tonight was part of the universe’s reminder that we don’t always have to know exactly what’s next. Sometimes we just have to trust what’s shifting, let go of what we’ve outgrown, and keep moving forward.
This quote floating around the inter-webs about the eclipse really stuck with me -
“I don’t know what’s next. I just know I can’t go back.” 🌕
