Hey everyone, it has been a while since I've posted on here and there's a reason.

I have thought long and hard about this and have decided to rebrand my photography to be more than just photography.

Let me explain.

As a dad, I'm always looking for a way to be a better parent and there are several ways I plan on doing that.

Firstly, I will be more print focused. I have decided to make this change because it has been proven that having prints of your kids and family displayed in your home helps raise kid's self-esteem by helping them feel important and included in the family. Prints are also universal, anyone can pick up a print and admire it without being hindered by technology.

Secondly I am going to start a podcast where I'll interview other parents from all walks of life and see how they parent in hopes of helping myself, and hopefully others, become better parents.

Thirdly, I am also going to start a YouTube channel where I'll interact with my son, talk about my photography journey, coffee, and so much more.

There are many other things to come so please continue to follow my journey, it's going to be awesome.

Took the little one to the Fall Festival hosted by the First United Pentecostal Church in Oakdale.

I brought my camera and took a few pictures while there. Please tag any of the parents of the kids or share with them.

A few pictures from our last three days of Sukkot.

It was a great week, we had a great time, learned a lot, and we got to meet a lot of great, new people, and got to hang out with friends. I hate to see the week come to an end, but we will be back next year and, hopefully, it will be even bigger.

I will have a full gallery of pictures in a couple of weeks.

Last night we had night four of Sukkot. It was pretty cold and we had been on the road all day but we still made it.

We will not be going today but the next couple of days we will be there all day, so there will be a great amount of time to capture some awesome photos. Stay tuned.

A little bit of a late post but here are two pictures from tonight, the second night of Sukkot.

This has been an awesome two days so far. We're having a great time being together and I'm in love with the pictures I'm getting. I can't wait to get the photo book put together for this, it's going to be amazing.

Last night we kicked off Sukkot (one of the Biblical feasts and I took a few pictures during our time there.

I know this is my photography page but I want people to know that there is more to me than just a guy who takes pictures. I don't talk about my beliefs on this page, but I will share photos of times we meet up (Sukkot, Yom Teruah, Passover, Hannukkah, among others) because it brings us together as a huge family and I want to be able to preserve the memories we make with my photos.

I've only spoken to a handful of people about this, but I will be taking photos this whole week of Sukkot and will make a photo book to share with the ministry. This is a project I'm really looking forward to compleating and I will share the finished book on here when I am finished.

This young man is very smart and very nice to talk to because you never know what you will learn from him. Just by looking at how focused he is in this picture you can tell he has a thirst for knowledge.

We have started walking in the mornings and yesterday, as we walked past this barn, I told my wife that it was one of my favorite things to take pictures of that I never actually photograph. She told me to take a picture of it but, as I told her, there was nothing at that moment that made it interesting, so I didn't take it.

Today we went walking again, and I had a moment where Beau was walking in front of us to snap this picture.

I will be off of all social media for the next 24 hours but wanted to share this picture.

I took this at the wedding Saturday and, to me, there is nothing more rewarding in being a photographer than capturing a child's happiness. We see way too many times where parents (and photographers) want to try to make kids put on a serious face but that's not what being a kid is about. Kids like to have fun, let them.
