I truly love what I do and strive to give my couples the best experience throughout their wedding process. Happy Valentine’s Day Loves!!!
Here’s a few faves from a sweet 10 year anniversary session with .e.schmidt & her husband Ray last fall.
We had so much fun catching up & reminiscing about their wedding day. Seeing them celebrate 10 years later (& realizing how long I’ve been lucky to do this job) is incredibly fulfilling. Oh be still my heart! 🥰

It’s always a tremendous honor to photograph my couples’ next milestones. Seeing Gerta & Elvis’s journey from engaged to newlyweds, to now parents of two beautiful girls has been truly special.
For over six years, they’ve trusted me with these meaningful moments and running through a flowering orchard with Zoe and Sophia last spring felt like the perfect full-circle moment. Scroll to the end for a surprise guest appearance by a fur-friend who stopped to say hi! 🥹

Gosh I love a classic surprise proposal! What a special, organic moment to capture.
Devin reached out to me about a month prior, wanting to surprise his lovely gf Jessica of 2 years with engagement photos. We wrote back and forth for weeks to make sure he was fully prepared. What he’d tell her, what I’d tell her, the exact coordinates for us to meet at, the bubbly they’d pop after. The list goes on, lol!
Jessica had no idea, thinking I was there for a simple 2-year anniversary session. Devin’s ring-in-sock method was perfection (gotta remember to add it to my “surprise proposal planning guide” 💡). & Jessica’s sheer shock & awe while holding onto their two sweet dogs was the best part! We celebrated with a bottle of champagne followed by a gorgeous sunset hike around Smith Rock State Park.
If you are thinking about doing the same, let me know! I am told I make a great planning buddy & the photos don’t turn out so bad 😉

Working with Hannah & Mike at was an incredible experience. Spring’s arrival brought on blooming magnolia trees, active wildlife and an incredible sunset after a calm cloudy day.
