BackWoods Photography Photography I am a local amateur photographer who specializes in natural shots. This is my way of showcasing my work so far and more will be added through time.

These pictures were taken at Showcase Stables Inc. in Northville Michigan. They have a complete training facility and the owners Michael and Ann Slomkowski are renowned in the equestrian world. They have a riding arena as well as several pastures and 2 barns. I want to offer a thank you to Mike for allowing me to take these shots. Hope yall enjoy. :)

This park is located on the outskirts of Jackson Michigan. The park was acquired by the city in 1913 and was a plantation that was donated by the owner, Ella Sharp. Ella sharp passed away in 1912 and a board was appointed to handle the estate. It is 592 acres and it sports the old plantation home its self as well as several buildings that depict that era. Also walking trails, golf course, play area for children, baseball fields and plenty of wide open areas. In this album I tried to capture a by gone era and really give a sense of the time period you immediatelly pick up when you walk around the buildings. Hope you enjoy.

This is a beautiful old platation located right outside of Rock Hill South Carolina. Its where the Patriot was shot. It has been restored mostly to its original beauty. There are a couple homes that are still under reconstruction but it is open to the public. The main house is amazing.
