When I'm aiming to capture natural, unposed joy and the truest smiles, jokes are some of my favorite tools to pull out. When it all boils down, I think it’s safe to say we all go into the two reasons: we love to take pictures. 📸
And at some point, you or someone you love said, “hey, you should be a professional!”
Now, it’s a job—but the greatest one you’ll ever do because it comes from a place of ✨passion and joy✨ of a craft that we truly love.
So, the next time you’re overwhelmed, backlogged with galleries to finish, trying to keep up with the latest trends, and it starting to not feel fun any more:just take a breath, go back to the beginnings, and remember the joy. ♥️

During any event, any wedding day, the vendors are the behind-the-scenes magic-makers that help ensure your day is truly the Best Love Day Ever. They helped you say “yes to the dress”; they secure your curls; they decorate the cakes and custom-set the tables. They arrange flowers, press linens, and create wall backdrops that tie the whole room together. They help create the menus and capture your day in real time to let you enjoy it for years to come.

There’s been so much new activity lately—views, follows, shares, inquiries—and
I am *here for it*! 😍🥹

First, allow me to properly (re)introduce myself: my name is Jazzmyne, and I’ve lived in or around North Augusta, SC for most of my life (more than 20 years). I graduated from North Augusta High School and then Augusta University with a degree in clinical psychology.

I worked for several years as a behavioral therapist, helping kiddos and their families navigate life with ASD, and it was truly some of the most rewarding moments of my life.
If anything, it helped give me unique experience and skills that I still use today: patience, creative solutions, sensory-awareness, and above all else the wisdom to know that every individual needs and deserves different attention or assistance to ensure personal success.

I use these skills and many more in all of my photo sessions.

From the age of 11, I have never been with my camera. (Shoutout to the early 2000s classic hot pink Sony!) Pictures of friends, classmates, nature, wildlife—anything I could get into the frame! Once I became a mom, my photos and subject matter 100% revolved around my kids, our family, and the special events or moments we share.
It’s my FAVORITE pleasure in life to provide that same attention and love to you and your families.

Since embracing this hobby as a profession, I have captured SO MANY joyous moments: families in the park, graduations, showers and gatherings, milestones, weddings, sports events, and more!

As my business continues to grow, no matter the pace, I want to take this moment to sincerely thank each and every client, friend, and colleague who has shown support and unconditional love throughout this process. It’s trial and error, filled with imposter syndrome, and can be completely daunting at times—but it is all of you that have made it worthwhile and successful!

The Brick Pond Park in North Augusta holds a special place in our family’s hearts. As often as we can, we walk the paths, enjoy the wildlife, and count how many turtles will fit on that floating log until one topples them all into the water.
(It’s also our favorite local place to take seasonal photos.)
