For me, it’s not about striving.

That’s not to say I don’t work hard, give my best, and do everything I do with excellence and unto the Lord. I absolutely do.

But it means I’ve learned to take myself out of the driver’s seat.

I don’t want to force what God hasn’t asked me to force. I want to wait on Him to bring the right clients to me, in His timing.

My prayer isn’t to book as many sessions and weddings as I possibly can just to fill my calendar or my pockets.

My prayer is that the Lord would bring me the clients who are for me. The ones who love my work, connect with my heart, trust me with their memories, and come back to me time and time again.

So I’m not going to worry about my business or wonder when the next inquiry, session, or wedding will come.

Because it will come.

God is faithful.

The same God who gave me this business is the God who will provide the clients for it.

I don’t have to strive for what He has already promised to provide.

I just have to be faithful with what He’s placed in my hands and trust Him with the rest. 🤍

I love a good wedding, and I always enjoy getting to share the weddings I’ve captured and help tell the story here on my socials of just how special the day was. 🤍

I’ve especially loved getting to share Trey and Brandi’s wedding over the last week. Their day was so intentional, beautiful, and full of so many meaningful moments that I could probably keep posting them forever… but I’m going to restrain myself. 🤣

So, I’ll leave you with this last one. 🤍

Trey & Brandi, thank you for allowing me to capture such a special chapter in your story. It was an honor to be there, to witness the love surrounding you both, and to preserve these memories for you to look back on for years to come.

I’m a day late, but yesterday was the first day of school for my babies! 📚✏️

Our sweet Judah is officially in 7th grade this year… how is that even possible?! 😭

Elisha is stepping into 3rd grade, and our baby girl Aleah is starting kindergarten! 🥹

All my babies are growing up way too fast, and I’m not sure how I feel about it. 🥲❤️

Praying and believing for a wonderful school year filled with growth, learning, fun and so many blessings. Here’s to a great year for all three of them! ✨📚

I’ve got to be honest… I’ve had a hard time getting on board with the blurry photo trend. 😂

Mainly because, as someone who has only been doing this for a couple of years, one of my biggest goals has always been getting my images as crispy, sharp, and clear as possible. So intentionally making them blurry feels a little… wrong. 😂

With that said, you probably won’t see this style of photography from me very often, but I figured I’d submit these two from my latest wedding.

So… did I do it? 😂 Are these blurry enough to make the trend? 👀

Such an intentional wedding with one simple goal: to get married and honor God while doing it. 🤍

Their day was drenched in prayer from the very beginning & during their ceremony, they paused for a moment of worship, glorifying God in the presence of their family and friends.

Every moment pointed back to God. And you could feel the love surrounding these two as they began this new chapter together. ✝️🤍

My prayer for you, Trey & Brandi, is that you continue to put God first in your marriage, seek Him in every season, and experience many, many years of love, joy, and happiness together.

So honored to have been there to capture the beginning of your forever. 🥹📸

This weekend was so beautiful celebrating my sweet friends as they became husband and wife. I have SO many favorites from their special day that I can’t wait to share, so expect to see plenty more of them filling your timeline. 🥹✨

Their entire day was so intentional and centered around what matters most. From private prayers and their first touch, to communion, worship, and a beautiful private foot washing ceremony—every detail carried so much meaning.

You could feel their love for one another, but you could also feel the incredible love of their friends and family who gathered to celebrate them. It was such a beautiful reminder of what marriage and community are all about. 🤍

I’m so incredibly honored that I got to be a part of their day and document these memories for them. What a gift it was to witness it all.

And trust me… I can’t wait to share more. 📸✨

Wedding weekend was a success! We had such a fun time helping coordinate and capture our sweet friends wedding these last couple of days. So thankful I got to do it with these two!
