As much as I love food, I love photographing people more! I'm so proud of one of my best friends Brittney Rimkus ! She's a great friend, wife, mother, and kick ass hair stylist! She recently started her own entrepreneurial journey and I couldn't be more proud of her growth that I've had the pleasure of witnessing over the past 6 years! Britt, you're killing it! There's no miSTEAK (slaps knee) when it comes to my love for meat, especially steak. Ron Swanson would be so proud! For the past year I've consistently gotten my meat from Joe's Butcher Shop and Fish Market and let's talk about why for a second. Quality, selections, support of local farmers, and consistency. I'm learning a lot playing around and experimenting with food. With the combination of quality products and it being prepared properly, I've learned to like certain cuts of meat that I didn't like before. With all that being said, I'm off to Joe's to pick up some goodies to make for dinner tonight!
