🧠 May is Mental Health Awareness Month

As a photographer—and a mama—I’ve learned that some of the most important moments aren’t the perfectly posed ones… they’re the real, in-between, honest pieces of life.

The quiet strength.
The tired eyes.
The genuine laughter.
The “I’m doing my best” kind of days.

Mental health isn’t always visible, but it deserves to be seen, felt, and cared for just the same.

This month, I just want to gently remind you:
You are allowed to slow down.
You are allowed to take care of YOU.
You are allowed to exist in your story exactly as you are right now.

And if you ever step in front of my camera, know this—there is no pressure to be perfect.
I see you, not just the smile you put on.
Your story, your softness, your strength… it all deserves to be captured.
