Incase anyone is wondering why ive fallen off the face of the earth, back in late September we happened to take in a stray dog, then very shortly after that she surprised us with puppies and to our even bigger surprise, two had cleft palates and needed to be tube fed. Luckily it was not my first rodeo so we got through that and got these boys weaned but my life has basically been pretty consumed with dogs.
The boys are now 16 weeks old, and mom dog Stella is scheduled to get spayed this Monday so we can search for her new home.
I’m currently raising funds for the palate surgeries for the puppies. Unfortunately they are starting to have some chronic issues so surgical intervention is the way to go.
I will be posting on here about that a little bit.

I am taking the spring off as far as goats go and will probably start my kidding season in December of this year, but I will be listing 6 or so adult or yearling goats this spring, some are very spotty.

Nigerian Dwarf Buck seeking new pastures.
DK is a super sweet dark chamoisee guy looking for a new herd. He is very easy to handle and just all around a good boy.
Unfortunately I need to reduce and refocuse my herd and DK no longer fits into my plans. He is long and wide which are traits he’s passed down to his offspring so far.

Pictured is screen shots from his page on my website
Which include his parents, dam’s udder photos and some photos of him as a 2 year old, as well as pictures of this years kids he sired.

I will get current photos and videos for serious inquiries.

Mochi and Darling are off to their new life.
I will miss them but I’m glad they are getting to go be the start of a Nigerian herd.

Does are SOLD
bucklings/wether to be are SOLD

Four Nigerian Dwarf goats seeking new pastures does are with or without registration.

2 bottle fed wether/wether to be

“Spike” is black with blue eyes and a few moon spots, he’s a big boy but very very friendly 12 weeks old weaned, disbudded, and CDT vaccines current

“Mort” is brown with frosted ears. He is taking the bottle well. Very friendly. 4 weeks old, disbudded and has had 1 CDT vaccine.

2 adult does

“Mochi” is a brown and white 2 year old FF and is the dam of “Spike”
She is currently on test but I will be drying her off early if I do not move her soon. She is a little skittish but that doesn’t stop her from being very easy to milk and for the most part cooperative. Sometimes she likes to river dance if you try to touch her udder after she is milked out. She is not the most productive doe but could be more productive in future lactations.

“Darlin” is black with white spots, blue eyes and a single moonspot. She is 3 years old and has never freshened, she is on the smaller side but should do fine with a smaller buck as long as she is bred sooner rather than later. Her 8 year old dam is currently on milk test and is milking over 5lbs a day. Her paternal half sisters have all freshend with beautiful udders that have very correct teat placement. The only downside to this doe is that she is very skittish, however for some reason my skittish does seem to be the best on the milk stand so don’t count her out.
I will very likely regret letting this doe go, however I need to reduce numbers.

The does can go with or without their papers to help move them quickly. Group deal available, I am also open to trades of the non Nigerian Dwarf variety.

Current pictures and pedigree info on the does will be provided upon request

I already posted on my Goatbook account but am just now getting a chance to post here.
On Saturday the kiddo B had their hands full with Tangled Forest OR Wild Juniper —but handled it like a champ! 😅 JunieP brought the sass, Brightyn brought the focus to the Maryland Dairy Goat Association Spring into Summer Show!💥

It’s also looking like we will be breaking out the show whites again soon 😁
