09/04/2026

I will no longer be posting children's faces on my photography page, even if I have consent to do so.

There has been a recent ruling of 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, where the First Amendment protects peoples rights to privately possess CSAM material created using AI as long as the material doesn't depict a real person and doesn't leave the home.

I will still photograph them, but I will not be posting them online.
