From coming out of the ground to rooftop AC units in placeβ€”there’s a story behind every stage of construction. πŸ—οΈπŸš

These photos follow SD Builders’ project at 1578 Lexington Avenue in East Harlem, from early views across the yard to the rising structure, roof completion, and advancing south-side facade.

Capturing those stages preserves details that would otherwise disappear as work is enclosed and the building takes shape.

Consistent construction documentation helps owners, project managers, and site teams compare changes, communicate progress, and revisit earlier conditions. Similar viewpoints across multiple visits make that history easier to follow.

At Those Guys Aerial LLC, we capture construction data through aerial progress photography, video, Construction Intelligence Reports, and photogrammetry services.

Based in Brooklyn, we serve the New York tri-state area and are available for projects nationwide.

A lot can change between visits to a construction site. These four images show the progress at 1578 Lexington Avenue in East Harlem on this SD Builders project.

Rooftop AC units are now in place, the south-side façade has been filled in, portions of the scaffolding have come down, and blockwork has advanced.

This is why consistent documentation matters. Once a wall is covered or scaffolding is removed, you cannot go back and photograph that earlier condition.

Regular documentation helps project teams:
βœ… Compare progress from one visit to the next.
βœ… Keep owners and stakeholders informed.
βœ… Coordinate upcoming work.
βœ… Review questions about when and where changes occurred.
βœ… Preserve a visual history of the project.

At Those Guys Aerial LLC, we provide aerial construction documentation, Construction Intelligence Reports, and photogrammetry services to help teams understand and track their sites over time.

Building something? Let’s document the progress.

Every stage of a building has a story worth preserving.

These southeast and northeast views of SD Builders’ project at 1578 Lexington Avenue in East Harlem show an earlier stage of roof and facade work, with scaffolding and protective netting still in place. As that scaffolding comes down and the building nears completion, these captures help show how far the project has come.

Regular construction documentation gives contractors, developers, and owners a visual record they can use to compare progress and keep everyone informed. Weekly or monthly captures help preserve changes that might otherwise go undocumented.

For Those Guys Aerial LLC, it has been a pleasure capturing this project’s progress and creating videos of daily operations to help SD Builders showcase their work on social media.

From construction data to the moments that tell the story, we capture, document, and deliver.

Construction progress looks different from every side of a buildingβ€”and each view adds to the story.

These photos of SD Builders’ project at 1578 Lexington Avenue bring together northeast, southeast, and south-facing views, documenting the exterior, upper levels, and roof.

Paired with our Construction Intelligence Report, these perspectives help connect the overall building with areas that are difficult to see from the street. Consistent aerial documentation gives contractors, project managers, and owners a visual record to compare over time, share with their teams, and use when discussing next steps.

At Those Guys Aerial LLC, we capture construction data that keeps the work visible and the project’s progress documentedβ€”from the ground up.

A building can reach its full height while plenty of work continues across the roof and facade.

These views of the southeast side of SD Builders’ 1578 Lexington Avenue project in East Harlem capture a stage when roofing activity, exterior sheathing, and scaffolding were all part of the construction picture.

Why document it? As work moves forward, materials get covered, scaffolding comes down, and access changes. A consistent visual record helps teams look back at what was visible, compare progress, and explain the work to owners and others who cannot visit the site regularly.

At Those Guys Aerial, we combine aerial photography, construction progress documentation, and 3D visualizations to help connect individual work areas to the overall project.

A construction project changes every day. Good documentation helps keep the story connected.

These Construction Intelligence Reports show different stages of SD Builders’ project at 1578 Lexington Avenue in East Harlem, following structural deck work, concrete placement, roof progress, and facade installation.

Capturing these stages gives teams a visual record of how the work came togetherβ€”including details that may later be covered or harder to see. Project managers, contractors, and owners can look back, compare conditions, and use that record to support planning and conversations about the job.

At Those Guys Aerial LLC, we capture construction data and turn it into clear visual documentation. We also capture video of daily jobsite operations, helping construction companies share the work and the people behind their projects on social media.

A roof takes shape through a series of stepsβ€”and documenting those steps helps tell the full story.

At SD Builders’ 1578 Lexington Avenue project in East Harlem, these images capture material staging, crews performing roofing work, and the south side facade with scaffolding still in place.

Our Construction Intelligence Report brings the overall building into view, while the closer aerial images show the details of roof work approaching its final stages.

As materials are installed and work areas change, consistent progression photos preserve a record of what took place. Contractors, project managers, and owners can look back, compare stages, and share progress with their teams.

Those Guys Aerial LLC captures construction data through aerial photography and video documentation. We also capture daily operations footage that helps construction companies showcase their crews and work on social media.

Construction progress looks different from every side of a building.

These northeast, north, and northwest views of SD Builders’ project at 1578 Lexington Avenue in East Harlem show the facade, scaffolding, upper floors, and roof areas during this stage of the work.

Documenting multiple sides helps teams follow how different areas are progressing. Each capture adds to a visual record that contractors, project managers, and owners can reference as the job moves forward.

The aerial photos, 3D-style imagery, and Construction Intelligence Report bring different perspectives together, helping explain the building’s layout and the work taking place.

The south-side faΓ§ade at 1578 Lexington Avenue has taken extra time and attention as the work moves forward. The building’s shape and the detail involved in this area made consistent progress documentation especially useful. The faΓ§ade work is now nearing its final stages.
