2 years since we officially said I do! A week ago I took on my first tournament and I walked away learning so much, not just about how to approach future competitions but also what areas I need to improve upon. I'm super grateful for all the love and support throughout from family, friends and teammates! To my biggest supporter, my wife, .n te amo! You never cease to amaze me. Special shout out to for coaching me out of some sticky situations. Also, special thanks to for encouraging me after my first match ending in a decision draw loss (6-6) and reminding me to just have fun with it from there on. Shout out to for being available for nogi warm-ups and amping me up 👊🏼. Also, special thanks to .l.flores who also coached me through my redemption match 😆 & last but not least thank you .kenna for all the great photos! 💙
