og melting pot. unknowingly delved into innumerable cultures growing up in this one of a kind borough, where 800 language barriers mean(t) nothing -where my passion for reaching the depths of cultures (literally) around the world was born. sadly, this very same place is now facing gentrification following rest of new york city. currently nothing warms my heart more than coming back for a home cooked meal in one of these little og “holes in the wall” that still stand.
