It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place… I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.” – Elliott Erwitt
Let me take you back to the age of film and where it all began. As I pick up a 30 mm Kodak and a few rolls of film, heading for the shore, I cross the nearest road and see a shiny black Chevy Camaro zooming by. All
of a sudden time stops as I grab my camera and take a few quick shots to capture the moment, while the car is still in motion. I was so excited to develop the pictures, only to discover that most of them looked smudged with a black blur in the middle. As you can imagine, nothing can be more disappointing and upsetting to a 12 year old at that moment. Many years and cameras later I rediscovered the art of photography. As a car enthusiast of many years, I believe that every car is distinct and all I need to do is expose it; show that streak of uniqueness and make it shine. I am a regular at auto shows across the nation, capturing amazing moments in history of the automotive industry.Creativity cannot be turned off of contained; I shoot everywhere and everything I can around me.
