When a photographer creates a picture that matches the creative vision of the artist, successfully tells the story the artist needed told, the photograph is considered fine art. However, there is not one standard and universally accepted definition of fine art; what achieves satisfaction for an artistic photographer can be as diverse as tastes in art by people in all cultures. Fine art photographs

are often one of a kind, from an era long past, and taken by photographers made famous previously in the world of photography. As the years progressed, photos considered fine art have evolved as the photographers and technology changed the way pictures are taken. So too has society’s perception changed regarding what is considered fine art. Thus photography that is fine art is now decided upon by each individual and what that person considers to be beautiful. It is the photographer and the beholder of the picture that decide if the photo is treasure or trash.

Well, seems I've been neglecting this page. Hmm. I worked on a new Web page forever it seems. I was not happy with the results. So I went back to the drawing board and started a new design. It's in the works and will be shared when completed. I will post a few new images here that inspired me.
In every day life there are many challenges and I was overloaded these past several months, well actually for over a year. My mojo was not working, no drive to get it working again. Hope that's all behind me now and you all give me the opportunity to fill you life with the beauty I see around me. Elusive Purity cannot be forced, it must flow, be like a breath of fresh air. Thank you all for your patience and unconditional love!

Strange, posted this image then it disappeared. Hope it is not a double post. This is a different angle from the first image posted, not sure which one I like better. One thing I will always cherish, the memory of this little boys thrill, watching his first sunset on the Island.
