Meet Martin Vácha: he’s Displaay’s founder, type and graphic designer, the nicest „big boss“ ever, dad, husband and creative powerhouse who always inspires and never rests on his laurels… Martin loves sarcasm and – despite his cool appearance – never misses a chance to pull out some dad jokes, slightly giving Michael Scott vibes. But actually, he always goes with the infamous request: „Most importantly, no stress!“ He cares about work-life balance and motivates the whole team to do the same.
