First roll developed with my new setup. This is a roll of delta 400 from about 2 years ago developed in paranol s at a 1+50 dilution. Looks like I had some issues with like hopefully my next roll will be better.

Trying out two coffees I roasting the other day both are Ethiopians I am loving them both. The Ethiopia Dry Process Mansur Aba Hikam I am verry much enjoying the berry notes it has with a very pleasant sweetness.

Now this is a coffee I'm really excited to try, it's an Ethiopian from Mansur Aba Hikam. Hopefully if I pulled off the roast I should get some good acidity, berry notes, and some food sweetness.
