There’s a restrained rhythm to Park Avenue at night. Light repeats, movement aligns, and the street holds its pace without drawing attention to itself. Some images retain form, others dissolve slightly, but nothing feels chaotic. The MetLife building stands as a constant point while the avenue carries on beneath it, defined more by flow than by moment.

one view to the west at night, where city lights fade into the darkness, and one view to the east at daybreak, where morning light gently reveals the world. from dusk to dawn, the same windows tell different stories.

Most people pass through Brooklyn without ever touching this part of it.
Prospect Park South feels like my peace of the city,
a place I don’t just visit—I know it.

I love to photographing the unique brushstrokes of each street.

I have found that photographing my daily walks is a beautiful path to gratitude. It invites me to notice the subtle details, much like when I’m traveling, and in that mindful gaze, I discover a deep appreciation for simply being present.

I’m interested in how little of an icon needs to be visible before it’s still understood and recognizable . Strip away the obvious, and what remains is your memory doing the work and filling in the blanks.

You don’t need new places to make new photographs. You need new ways of looking. Familiar landmarks reveal themselves when you stop chasing the obvious and start paying attention to the edges. Perspective isn’t found by moving farther — it’s found by seeing differently.

An astronaut assembled piece by piece, standing somewhere between imagination and orbit. Built from small blocks, big dreams, and the quiet confidence of someone ready to drift beyond what’s familiar.

A corner booth holding nearly 80 years of conversations. Opened in 1945, this diner has seen first dates, last meals, early mornings, and late nights. Same curves, same vinyl, same ritual—just new people sliding in and out of the frame.

New York at night isn’t dark—it’s illuminated. Fluorescent windows, subway reflections, neon signs, and passing headlights turn the city into a moving light source. Every block hums, every surface reflects, and every shadow feels intentional. This is how the city speaks after sunset.

I’m drawn to moments where nothing dramatic happens, yet everything is in motion. One person stays still while the world blurs around them. Something last and other things fade away.
