I think my favorite part of our shoot with Anthony and Paige was at the Met. The two of them felt like they truly belonged there - as if they had stepped out of a timeless masterpiece. If this were a painting or a sculpture, I can’t help but wonder: what would its name be?

On a slow, sunny Saturday morning Paige and Anthony exchanged vows in Central Park. It was a small and intimate ceremony, filled with smiles, warmth, and happy tears. So simple, yet so genuine.

What touched me the most was how deeply they look at each other - their love was shining through every glance and movement. After the ceremony, we spent three hours together wandering through different locations, talking, laughing, and creating memories. It felt easy, joyful, and so natural - just like them.

Thank you, guys, for trusting me to capture such a meaningful day. It truly felt special.

Who could’ve imagined that Hell’s Kitchen could be a hell of a place for a shoot?

Definitely not me. I’ve always tried to avoid this neighborhood not just as a shooting location, but in general — its dirt, excessive noise, and the number of crackheads always made me anxious when I passed through the streets of Hell’s Kitchen. But if you take the right turn, a completely different world opens up to you — with cozy, narrow streets packed with people enjoying their lives on the terraces of cute little restaurants. Some might say that its overcrowdedness is an obstacle, but for me — it’s an opportunity. A chance to play around and create the kind of shots that don’t try to hide New York’s fast-paced life, but show that even in a crazy city like ours, there’s still room for love, intimacy, and calmness. Even if the world around you is racing.

Carl & Fabi at the Met 🎨

While we were shooting in the American Wing, a school group walked by - and the moment the kids saw Fabi, their eyes lit up. They surrounded her with delight and whispered compliments like she had just stepped out of a fairy tale. One girl, completely enchanted, asked: “Are you getting married here?”

In that moment, Fabi wasn’t just a bride-to-be - she was a real Disney princess in their world.

Weekday mornings in Central Park always hit different. The paths are wide open, with just the occasional jogger or a dog walker passing by. There’s a calmness in the air - the kind that lets you hear the birds before you even see them. Even the iconic Bow Bridge, usually swarmed with visitors, is almost empty. It’s just us, the early light, and a couple of polite strangers patiently waiting while a couple runs across the bridge for a few playful shots.

If you’re planning a shoot in Central Park, consider a weekday. Take the day off, turn it into a full-on date - one that starts in the quiet green heart of the city, while the rest of Manhattan is busy chasing deadlines.

West Village stories 💞

The shoot with Hena and Adish felt like an endless, effortless flow of creativity. It was so easy and fun to work together - I didn’t even notice how quickly three hours flew by. When people are this chill, the whole process turns into a long, beautiful walk through the (not so) quiet corners of the city that always has something to whisper.

And just like that, another little story got tucked into New York’s sleeve - somewhere between a red brick wall and a crowd that never stands still.
