One of the most challenging things as a photographer is letting go of work that you just feel too close to. After years of shooting, I have a LOT of work. It felt heavy, weighing on my mind and unclear what my direction was. I worked (hard) to refine and edit down and build a new vision for my brand, bringing in an amazing consultant to add a new perspective.
So here's a little spring cleaning for my creative soul in the form of my brand new website!!

Coming from a childhood of long treks to the river for a naked mud bath and swim, I’m fascinated by what it looks like to grow up in a city.
When summer arrives here in New York the streets opens up, a fire hydrant transforms a block to a beach, the gutters become rivers and stoops islands in the sun. Rainbows form in the mist. Imagination is a magical tool, moving your mind, while making you live in the moment.
As adults are we too busy pursuing happiness to experience it?
