Made a day trip to the Fallingwater in Pennsylvania. nothing like experiencing spaces that you’ve been only imagining from pictures and books. It is never the same.

Cascade mountain in Keene, NY. My 1st winter Adirondack high peaks, also my 3rd snow trails this past Sunday. The trail was pretty much packed down, so it didn’t need snowshoes. Homemade granola bar was a great success. I will pack lighter next time.

It was Larry’s suggestion to use a strobe light to shoot wrinkles for my “Time on the Skin” project. All photos for the project have been shot with natural light, but I actually loved the result from what we did this time.

First time visiting Detroit to see my mentor Todd Weinstein’s retrospective show “Stories of Influence” In search of One’s Own Voice at . Yes, one of my work from Time on the Skin project was there on the wall, paired with one of his work “Raindrop”, printed in beautiful archival pigment print (by .mi). Great and really interesting show. I am glad I was able to see and experience it. 10 hours 635 miles drive was sooo worth it.

Exciting news, the show will be traveling!
